1、用數(shù)字萬用表檢測阻值
如果一支直線位移傳感器的阻值為5KΩ,則用數(shù)字萬用表檢測電源正極、負極阻值應為5KΩ±5%且信號穩(wěn)定無跳動,否則視為已損壞。用數(shù)字萬用表檢測電源、輸出阻值,拉出位移傳感器拉桿,如果阻值從0-5KΩ均勻的變化,則傳感器正常。

2、零點檢測
一般電流或者電壓輸出直線位移傳感器的工作電壓為24V DC,用線性電源給個24V直流電壓供電,用數(shù)字萬用表檢測輸出端,如果其零點輸出(不拉拉桿時)為4mA±5%或者0V±5%之內均視為正常,拉桿全部拉出時為20mA±5或者10V±5均視為正常,否則視為損壞。如果數(shù)據(jù)無規(guī)則忽上忽下跳動,很可能是接線錯誤導致位移傳感器短路損壞。
